Delivery Request
Entries should be sent online throughout FIAP's Entry System.
Participants should register as users in order to start the entry process and delivery of material. |

Television/Cinema and Technical categories
Send a MPEG-2 Program stream (imbedded audio), Video Bit Rate 7500kb/s, Audio MPEG layer 2 (384kbps), in PAL (720x576 pixels), o NTSC (720 x 480 pixels).
Commercials may never exceed 3/minute duration.
All commercials in a campaign (maximum, 4) need to be submitted individually.
Note: for a better jurors work, Brazilian and Portuguese candidates need to include Spanish subtitles. |

Print and Outdoor
For each entry submitted, send a jpg file, 150 dpi in RGB, maximum format 44 cm x 30.5, in vertical or horizontal layout depending on piece layout (longest side maximum 44cm, other side maximum 30.5. For square ads, sides must be a maximum 30.5 cm).
Note: for "Campaigns" category, attach one file per ad submitted (maximum 4 pieces). |

Radio
One mp3 file per piece submitted. Maximum duration 3 minutes. Commercials in a campaign must be sent individually (maximum 4).
Participating items in Portuguese should be transcribed/translated into Spanish. Please attach file in Word format. |

Interactive
Entries submitted must be uploaded in URL, that must be active since the entry date, and through June inclusive.
Depending on fields in registry form, please include: name of item, URL, category and all other required fields, with a description of campaign, goal, strategy, period of publication and launching date. For the sake of objectivity, entries must be submitted online, with no mention whatsoever to agency's name. |

Design/Direct marketing
Entries should be uploaded in URL, that must be active since the entry date, and through June inclusive.
Depending on the fields that appear on the application form contestants should submit: the name of the piece, URL, select the category in which it will be judged and fully complete all the fields that appear on the form with the description of the task, brief, objective, strategy, specific characteristics, results, publishing period and launching date. Contestants will be allowed to use all necessary tools to give a finished sample of the set up (photographs, videos, phrase, overprinting, etc.). In order to assure the objectivity of the jury, pieces should be presented without the agency name.

Media innovation
All items must be related, either by means of a message or a single advertising campaign. Those linked to more than one campaign (even if ad refers to same product) will not be assessed. Items related to different campaigns must be submitted individually and separately. Also, material may be submitted for up to a maximum of three categories.
For every submitted entry, contestants should send:
An explanatory video (in the described format for Television/Cinema and TPA, of a maximum 4 minute length) where the action can be seen, it's development, strategy, detailed data related to the submitted piece: place, events, etc. that illustrates the idea according to consumers view. All types of resources and techniques that the participant considers necessary can be used in order to improve the jury's perception (photographs, videos, phrase, overprinting, Animation).
Note: for a better of jurors work, Brazilian and Portuguese participants are requested to include subtitles in Spanish. |

Integrated

Students
Participants studying Advertising, Social Communications, Art Design or related, may submit print proposals. Only individual ads. For ads in a campaign, each piece must be submitted separately, paying registry fee per each submitted piece. Maximum five pieces of assignments -unpublished- presented to your college or university. Teams should not exceed two students. Submit one jpg file 150 dpi in CMYK per piece. Maximum size 44 cm x 30.5 cm (horizontal or vertical depending on layout). Long side may not exceed 44, and shorter side may not exceed 30.5 cm).
Only files complying with all specifications above, and submitted within term specified will be entitled to a place in the festival show. |
